  I beg to differ about the rudeness that I've experienced at this location. I prefer Merritt's Creek location, but this store is closer to my home. Not to mention any names but they need to offer tips on how to treat customers by starting with management..

  People that complain about the workers rudeness usually are the people who only come in once ever so often and act like they are video game masters.. I had same issue when I switched Gamestop I use but once they saw I'm a actual gamer they became family.. they have always went above An beyond to make sure I get the absolute best deal possible I've made great friends here but if your attitude is negative and you act ignorant about how much you receive on trade-ins like the employees have any control over what your offered then you will get treated with the same attitude you have given them plain and simple. Highly recommend the staff and store for your video game needs!
